Court Finds Duty to Defend Law Firm Despite Exclusively Fraud-based Complaint
In a case recently decided by the U.S. District Judge of the Southern District of New York, the Judge upheld an Insurer’s duty to defend a law firm against allegations of fraud, even though the fraudulent acts were excluded by the policy.
