John Hecht came to Lemme as Executive Vice President in 2000 after twelve years at Aon in Chicago.

Beginning in 1993, John worked exclusively with the AICPA endorsed accountants professional liability program. As Director of Operations for Aon’s Chicago office and Vice President of Sales and Distribution nationally, he played a key role in the substantial growth of Aon's professional liability portfolio.

At Lemme, John focuses on solutions for large accounting, consulting, and financial services firms.
